Resetting the washer required
- Disconnect from the power source for 1 minute
- Reconnect power, then, within 30 seconds, open and close the lid 6 times within 12 seconds
- Rotate the dial to 4 o'clock and hold the
start/cancelbutton for 3 seconds - Rotate the dial to 6 o'clock while holding both the
start/cancelandadd softenerbuttons
It worked then.
