"бля" - разговорное сокращение очень грубого ("матерного") ругательства "блядь" (whore), используемое, как правило, в качестве междометья (т.е., вместо зяпятой, без какой-либо семантической нагрузки).
использование в нормальной разговорной речи не рекомендуется.
